What is included in the rental price?
All our rentals include: Professional English-speaking driver, Fuel/Petrol, Air conditioning, Mineral water, and Parking fees. Some premium vehicles also include WiFi, refreshments, and premium amenities.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Our minimum rental is 12 hours. For shorter trips like airport transfers, please contact us via WhatsApp for special pricing.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes! We offer premium airport transfer services. Your driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with a name sign, cold towels, and refreshments.
Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Absolutely! Our drivers are experienced guides who can take you anywhere in Bali. Just let us know your preferences and we will plan the perfect route for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (IDR), bank transfer, and major credit cards. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on the day of service.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes, all our drivers speak English and are trained to provide excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable about Bali attractions and can recommend the best spots.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, we have child seats and baby seats available upon request at no extra charge. Please mention this when making your booking.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Bali island including Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and beyond. We also offer inter-city transfers to and from airports, seaports, etc.
